in 1986 under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry as a result of merging
of Cardamom Board and Spices Export Promotion Council. This agency regulate

Board of India for the recruitment of
Deputy Director on contract basis. Interested candidates with the requisite eligibility

Name of post: Deputy Director.

Qualification: PG degree in Public Administration/ Personnel/ Management/ Human Resources
Management is the
minimum qualification required for this post.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in supervisory capacity in Personnel/ General Administration/ Finance/Legal Departments is also essential. |
Mode of selection: Selection will be made through written examinations and
personal interview. Examination will consist of phase I and phase II. Phase I
will be online which will cover questions from Human Resource Development,
General Administration, Establishment and Personnel Matters. Phase II will be
of detailed type. Shortlisted candidates will be called for personal
