Terms and conditions of eligibility are as below mentioned:

Age limit:  To get eligible for the post the requirement from the applicants is that the boundary of the age must be in between the 18 years to the 27 years as reckoned on the last date of the reception of the application as fixed by Accounts General Assam. Along with the primitive age concession in the age is being stated for the applicants that are under the reserved category. It states that relaxation in the upper age need to be granted to the applicants by 10 years to the SC and ST applicants. 8 years for the applicants those are under the OBC category.

Educational Qualification: Educational qualification as prescribed by Accounts General Assam that is being bind up with the eligibility of the applicant is the graduation in any of the steam of discipline and the applicant should have represented the country on state, national or the international level in the games that is being associated with the person.

Selection Procedure: Accounts general will get prepared a list of the applicants on the basis of the reception of the applications and this list of the applicants will be called off for the viva voce i.e. personal interview and verification of the credentials. However the applicants that will apply for the post of the Accountant/ Auditor will also needed to qualify in the departmental confirmatory test within the 2 years of the appointment and if failed to get qualified in the test the applicants will be emancipated from their service.
